Hello! My name is Miss Kiwi!

I am a very affectionate dog who absolutely loves being around people. Curious, always alert, and full of energy, I enjoy exploring my surroundings and going on walks to discover new sights and smells. I’m also a big foodie and a huge fan of toys! I have a very expressive personality. I can be quite vocal when I want to communicate, and I get excited easily when something makes me happy. Sometimes I may gently mouth during play, but it’s always meant in a fun and playful way. With all my enthusiasm, I may also jump up to greet people or get their attention. I love being petted and handled, and I happily soak up every bit of affection I receive. Because I can be anxious and become very attached to my humans, I’m looking for a patient, understanding family that can spend plenty of time with me. I thrive on love, comfort, and companionship, and I truly enjoy being close to the people I care about. My high energy level makes me a wonderful match for an active family that enjoys walks, playtime, and engaging activities. For my well-being, I would do best as the only pet in the home, where I can receive all the attention I need and truly flourish. If you’re looking for a sweet, loving companion with a big personality, I might just be the perfect dog for you!

1. Complete the adoption form

We receive a very large number of applications. They are processed in the order received, and we try to make the best possible match based on the answers provided.

2. Our team contacts you

All applicants are contacted. It may take several weeks before we contact you. It all depends on the number of forms we receive. Our team will contact you to schedule an appointment or to let you know that the dog has been adopted.

No animal reservations, in order to maximize the chances of placing our animals with good families.

3. Visiting the shelter

The visit is an opportunity for you to meet our animals and, for our team, to assess certain aspects of your application to ensure the adoption is a success.

We ask that the entire family be present at the appointment to ensure compatibility between the dog and each family member (spouse/partner, child(ren), and other dog(s)).

If the visit is positive, we finalize the adoption on site and you go home with your new companion!
