Animal intake

Surrender or report an animal to the SPA

Whether it is a stray animal or a planned surrender, here are the steps to follow for each situation.

The decision to give up your animal must be carefully considered and viewed as a last resort. If you are going through a difficult time with your companion, we first invite you to call us: our team can offer you advice and possible solutions tailored to your situation.

If you still need to surrender an animal to the SPA, here is the procedure to follow for each case.

WARNING!

We do not accept animals from municipalities that are not served by our SPA. If you do not live in one of our served municipalities, we invite you to contact your municipality directly, which can direct you to the appropriate resources.
