How to Reclaim Your Pet?

If you believe one of the animals shown below is yours, you can contact us via Facebook or call us to confirm whether it is indeed your pet. You can also come directly to the shelter during our opening hours.

If your pet is at the shelter, you can reclaim it at the SPA during our opening hours. You must present identification to reclaim your pet  (e.g., driver’s license, passport, health insurance card – original document only). In addition, we will ask you to demonstrate that the animal is yours using photos and specific questions. Please note that reclaim fees apply and depending on the city the animal is from, fees for the tag and/or microchip may be required.
