Hello! My name is Yamaska!

Je suis une chienne douce et sociable qui aime la compagnie des humains. J’aime prendre le temps de découvrir le monde autour de moi, sentir de nouvelles odeurs et partir en petite exploration. Même si je suis curieuse, je reste une compagne plutôt calme qui apprécie aussi les moments tranquilles et les câlins. Je suis très affectueuse et j’aime être près de ma famille. En plus, je connais déjà les commandes de base, ce qui me donne une belle longueur d’avance pour continuer à apprendre avec vous. Il ne me manque qu’une chose pour être pleinement heureuse : une famille qui m’ouvrira son cœur et sa maison.

1. Complete the adoption form

We receive a very large number of applications. They are processed in the order received, and we try to make the best possible match based on the answers provided.

2. Our team contacts you

All applicants are contacted. It may take several weeks before we contact you. It all depends on the number of forms we receive. Our team will contact you to schedule an appointment or to let you know that the dog has been adopted.

No animal reservations, in order to maximize the chances of placing our animals with good families.

3. Visiting the shelter

The visit is an opportunity for you to meet our animals and, for our team, to assess certain aspects of your application to ensure the adoption is a success.

We ask that the entire family be present at the appointment to ensure compatibility between the dog and each family member (spouse/partner, child(ren), and other dog(s)).

If the visit is positive, we finalize the adoption on site and you go home with your new companion!
