Complaint Form

To file a complaint regarding animal cruelty, please contact the MAPAQ.

Please note that only complaints related to animals (or their guardians) residing in the following towns may use the online complaint form: Dunham, Farnham, Granby, Lac Brome, Maricourt, Racine, Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby, Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Sutton, and Ville de Valcourt.

For complaints related to other municipalities for which the SPA des Cantons acts as animal control, please contact the municipality concerned directly. They will forward the complaint to us if they authorize our intervention.

Please note that your complaint will be handled confidentially by the SPA des Cantons; however, it is possible that the complainant may be subpoenaed to appear in court if a fine is issued and contested.
